Practical course (July 2nd – 5th)

Proposed experiments:
▪ Production of a concentrated lentiviral vector using several methods
▪ Titration of a lentiviral vector using infectious genome measures
▪ Transduction of target cells
▪ Tips for cloning into lentiviral vector and for qPCR technologies for vector analysis
▪ Bio-informatic analysis of vector insertion sites
▪ Meet-the-expert sessions

A debriefing of the practical course will occur on Saturday July 5th to allow the participants to review all important items and to ensure maximal communication between participants and teachers.
